2012 Trip Preparations

We desire your prayers...we appreciate your prayers...we can only do this with your prayers. Here are facts to help you pray more specifically.

The names of the six of us going are Kris & Amy Ricketts, Chad & Jamie Moon, Chrissie Purcell, and Katie Cassity
We will leave June 5 and be gone for 2 weeks

Please pray specifically for these things:
1) Our guides: The Holy Spirit goes ahead of us to prepare the hearts of our guides that may not know Jesus... pray that we can be a witness of Jesus' love while we're around these men
2) Those already there: The Holy Spirit goes ahead of us to give wisdom to the other ministers and workers who are already in Rwanda doing His work, so that we can know how to best be helpers to them
3) Wisdom: That God speaks to each of us going in such a loud, clear way that we know how to best do His will
4) Projects: We have focused on the school that is next door to the orphan dorm we helped build, so please please pray for us to know exactly how to best help the school (supplies, time, activities, curriculum, etc.)
5) Funding: That the funds would be raised for each of us to go in such a way that God gets the glory ... The approximate cost is $4,000 each. The garage sale on February 4 raised $8,152, meaning we have around $2,000 each left to raise
6) Families: That our families would be prepared for us to be separated, and our small children we are leaving behind for a few weeks would understand and remember always from this that the Gospel is truly worth sacrificing for
